TL-MR3020 router DHCP settings

TL-MR3020 is a portable Wi-Fi router launched by TP-LINK. It size, known as travel-sized design enable you to to get access to the Internet anywhere. TL-MR3020 has a USB port to insert your data card or modem.
There are three modes available, namely the 3G/4G* Router mode, the WISP Client Router mode, and the Travel Router Mode (AP Mode). The wireless speed provided is up to 150 Mbps.
DHCP Settings
First you need to complete tp link modem setup, and then follow these steps for DHCP settings:
1.        After connecting to the hotspot created by TL-MR3020, you can log in with your default credentials by entering http 192.168.0.254/ on your web browser.

2.        When you have successfully logged in, you’ll find a window with a menu in the left.
3.        One option in the menu would be DHCP. Hover to that to find three sub-options, DHCP settings, DHCP client list, Address Reservation. Check for the ways that can help you in opening the ports for the tplink modem device.

4.        Go to DHCP setting to set up AP as your DHCP server.
5.        Here you have to set your DHCP server as enabled, chose a starting IP address and ending IP address, etc.

6.        The DHCP setting provides a lot many options like lease time, to prevent anyone to connect to the AP for a longer duration than expected. After all your customization, make our you click on save to apply all the changes.
7.        Under DHCP client list you can filter out those whom you don’t which to add in your network. This filtering is done through the mac address. Click on refresh, to update your filtering table.
8.        Under address reservation, you can reserve a few IP -addresses for the permanent devices. This will not let any other server to use those reserved IP address. You can assign a particular IP address to a specific server or network, by knowing their MAC address. Make sure that you click on to enable all after entering all the addresses.
9.        You can also modify, delete or edit the reserved IP address for each MAC address you have entered later on.
